Use of the proxy submission and listing service provided by Proxies.ws, is subject to the notices, terms, and conditions set forth below and on the Proxies.ws web site. From herewith in these Terms of Service, the usage of “us”, “we”, “our”, “ours”, and “proxies” shall constitute reference to ” Proxies.ws”, the usage of “you”, “your”, “they”, “them” shall refer to the user/customer of ” Proxies.ws”.

We may regularly amend these notices, terms and conditions at any time without prior notice by posting new or revised terms of use policies and other documents on the Proxies.ws website. It is important for you to check this and other terms and conditions related to use of proxies and other proxies.ws products and services from time to time. PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE PROXIES.WS WEB SITE. USE OF PROXIES.WS PRODUCTS AND SERVICES CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF ALL SUCH NOTICES, TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

General Policies

The proxies.ws service and products are provided ‘AS-IS’ and we assume no responsibility for the failure or inaccuracy of proxies.ws. We reserve the right to add, delete, change, or amend any services or pages in relation to proxies.ws at any time. Any new features are subject to these same Terms and Conditions laid out in this document. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the proxies.ws service altogether, or your access to proxies.ws, for any or no reason, with or without notice. You agree that we will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of proxies.ws or your access to proxies.ws.

No Unlawful or Prohibited Use

You may not use the Service in any manner which could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any proxies.ws site/service(s) (or the network(s) connected to any proxies.ws site/service(s)) or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of any proxies.ws site/service(s). You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any proxies.ws site/service(s), other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to any proxies.ws site/service, through hacking, password mining or any other means. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available through the proxies.ws site/service(s). You are responsible for any content that you post or transmit on or through the service. You will not use the service to carry out unlawful activities. You will not use the Service to spam or invade the privacy of, or threaten, other persons. If you violate any of these terms and conditions, your permission to use the proxies.ws site/service(s) automatically terminates.

As a condition of your use of the our service, you may not post or submit any proxy or website that contains any content which may be deemed unlawful by United States or local law. The following content may not be on any website submitted:

* Adult or Pornographic Material
* Spyware or Malicious codes/software (viruses, Malware,Trojans, etc.)
* Illegal/Warez content (illegal cracks, serials, downloads, etc.)
* Sharing of personal information (passwords, social security numbers, credit card numbers, etc.)
* Any other content deemed illegal or inappropriate by Proxies.ws

In addition to the above, all proxies submitted must:

* Be actual WORKING web proxies
* Be hosted under top-level-domains (.com, .net, .co.uk, etc… NOT co.cc, co.tv, etc.)
* Be categorized correctly (submitting a “Glype” proxy under the category “CGIProxy” is not allowed)

We reserve the right to remove and blacklist any submissions that break these terms of service. In the event that the listing is a ‘Premium Submission’, no refund will be awarded.

The Proxies.ws website may provide, or third parties may provide, links to other World Wide Web sites or other Internet resources and proxies. Any third-party sites to which proxies.ws links to are not under control of proxies.ws. We does not have any responsibility or liability for any information, contents, communications or materials available on such third-party sites.

Premium Submissions

Just like all other aspects of the proxies.ws web site and its service(s), Premium Submissions (also referred to as Featured Listings) are provided ‘AS-IS’ and ‘AS-AVAILABLE.’ Proxies.ws does not guarantee any level of traffic or success that a listing may receive, and no refunds or compensations will be given based on performance of a listing. All terms and conditions set forth in these Terms of Service apply to Premium Submissions as well.

PayPal is used to transfer funds and manage payments. Upon payment for a Premium Submissions, we will evaluate the proxy submitted and publish it to the web within 24-48 hours (usually). In the event that the submitted website does not follow our Terms, a 50% refund will be granted (a 50% processing fee will be charged) and the link will not be published. In the event of downtime, termination, or discontinuation, temporary or permanent, of proxies.ws or the premium submission service provided by proxies.ws, no refunds will be granted. All payments and details are final, and upon submission, changes or amends may not be accepted.

Limitation of Liability

You understand and agree that Proxies.ws shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, resulting from:

(i) The use or the inability to use the service;
(ii) The cost of procurement of substitute goods, data, information or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through or from the service;
(iii) Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data;
(iv) Statements or conduct of any third party on the service; or
(v) Any other matter relating to the service.

Notice: Proxies.ws may provide notices of changes to the Terms or other matters by displaying notices or links to notices to you generally on the service. You are obliged to update you knowledge hereto continuously. Lack of knowledge does not imply that these terms are not accepted by you.
